PENGEMBANGAN CD MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF MATA PELAJARAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI KELAS X SMA NEGERI 2 BUKITTINGGI

CD Multimedia Interaktif dibangun dengan metode Exploratory Tutorial mata pelajaran TIK kelas X semester I SMA. Konsep yang dibangun dalam media ini adalah dengan Exploratory Tutorial. Materi TIK kelas X semester I banyak menyajikan gambar. Oleh karena itu, CD Multimedia Interaktif ini sesuai dikembangkan menggunakan aplikasi Macromedia Flash 8 yang bisa menampilkan gambar dengan animasi yang bisa disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Selain itu, menggunakan aplikasi Macromedia Flash 8 memberi kemungkinan untuk melengkapi media dengan sound serta animasi yang mampu mendukung penyajian materi sehingga menarik perhatian siswa.

CD Multimedia Interaktif ini melalui tahap uji coba validitas, praktikalitas, dan efektifitas. Pada uji coba validitas dilakukan dengan cara meminta pendapat kepada ahli materi dan media melalui angket. Uji coba praktikalitas dilakukan dengan cara meminta pendapat kepada guru mata pelajaran TIK dan siswa melalui angket. Uji coba efektifitas dilakukan dengan cara melihat perbandingan antara hasil belajar tanpa menggunakan CD Multimedia Interaktif yang diperoleh dari guru TIK dengan hasil belajar siswa dengan memberikan soal uji kompetensi setelah menggunakan CD Multimedia Interaktif.

ABSTRACT

Based on a preliminary survey, the results of student learning subject Information Technology and Communication class X Senior High School of 2 Bukittinggi is low, learning outcomes is low due to limited sources of learning or learning media that there are such CD Interactive Multimedia. Therefore, designed and made a media of learning in the form of CD Interactive Multimedia for class X subject Information Technology and Communication the first semester. The purpose of this study is to reveal the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of CD Interactive Multimedia for proper use in the field. The research was conducted using the method of Research and Development (R & D) by using a model of the development of Instructional Development Institute (IDI). Designing CD Interactive Multimedia used Exploratory Tutorial methods. This method enables learners to access (exploration) menu provided. Where the students are given the freedom to try a test without any preparation or reading the material contained in the teaching materials. Instead, learners can still do their independent learning and continued with the following test. Based on the analysis of the data found the test results of validity, practicalities, and effectiveness of CD Interactive Multimedia is valid, practical, and effective. Based on the findings of this study concluded that the CD Interactive Multimedia is valid, practical, and effective to be used as a media of subjects Information Technology and Communication learning class X first semester, which can increase student motivation and learning activities so as to bring the impact of increasing student learning outcomes. The implication of this research is the CD Multimedia Interactive can help sharpen the message delivered to overdraw senses and interests and the desire of students to learn, either with a teacher or self-referral.
